GentleSort Support
Most issues are related to Photos permission or the iOS deletion confirmation. Start with the checks below.
I cannot see my photos
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → GentleSort, then allow full access or select the photos you want to review.
Only some photos appear
You may have granted limited access. Continue with those photos or change the selection in iOS Photos settings.
Deletion did not finish
Check whether you approved the iOS deletion prompt. If you cancel or iOS reports a failure, GentleSort will not silently delete the photos.
Start from Shortcuts
Open Apple’s Shortcuts app and search for GentleSort to find the photo review and photo privacy actions.
Include these details
Record your device model, iOS version, GentleSort version, the steps that led to the issue, and a screenshot that does not reveal private photo content.
